Workforce Online Learning Information Portal

Workforce Online Learning

New skills for a new economy.

Welcome to the Workforce Online Learning Information Portal  (WOLIP)

You have navigated to this site from one of the four participating states—Colorado, Maine, Mississippi or Pennsylvania.

Each WOLIP state has:

  • defined priority workforce training needs
  • selected online courses and programs to be made available
  • selected and certified the institutions/providers of the courses/programs
  • determined student eligibility and participation requirements;
  • established procedures for enrollment and financial assistance.

From WOLIP, you can search online training opportunities in the priority areas targeted by your state. A variety of other online learning opportunities are available from this site.

Finding Your Training Opportunities
Begin by selecting your state from the pull down menu. Then select your workforce area of interest. You can repeat searches as needed until you find the training activity right for you. After finding the course or program return to your state portal for instructions on how to complete the registration process and to secure financial support (for those online opportunities eligible for assistance).

If you do not find what you are looking for, have any questions about WOLIP, or need assistance in searching, please use the “contact us” button, or call your state coordinator.
